It reminded about this book I recently read called "The Road to Unafraid" by Capt. Jeff Struecker. The author was in Mogadishu, Somalia at the time two blackhawks where shot down. Later when he was pulled out of Somalia he talked about how the troops there wanted to stay and finish their mission. They were sad about their comrades dieing, but they knew they still had a job to help Somalia make a functioning government. I think it's interesting how much military men always want to complete their mission. They don't enjoy war for its own sake, it's just they know that it needs to be done.

That's cool. Yeah, I feel like Obama is loosing his weight among democrats, and I think McCain has a pretty good chance. Recent events have shown me that he is a brilliant man who sticks to his convitions, even if their not always the most conservative ones. I think it'll be good to have a man like that in office.
