The first one that comes to mind is 'In the Presence of My Enemies' by Gracia Burnham. That's a good book!
Mine are:
The Bible,
Do Hard Things,
Jesus in Blue Jeans,(by Laurie Beth Jones,)
I guess I need to read some more. (Most of my fav. books are fiction.)
I have heard a lot of good things about John Piper, and C. J. Mahaney, but I'm not so familiar with John MacArthur. What else has he written? :-)

Three of my favorite non-fiction books that have not yet been mentioned are Heaven by Randy Alcorn, The Slumber of Christianity by Ted Dekker, and Humility: True Greatness by C.J. Mahaney.
The Bible, Do Hard Things, God Called a Girl (Shannon Kubiak), aside from biographies of men and women of faith, such as Eric Liddell, Amy Carmichael, Hudson Taylor...
...and that's all I can think of right now. :P
Basically for my favourite books just look at my profile.
I really need to read more nonfiction. The only thing that comes to mind right now is 'The Teenage Q and A book'
And definitely the Bible. It's got so much interesting variety.
