"Safely Home"

We(our family)recently finished a book called, "Safely Home" by Randy Alcorn. It was honestly, the best novel I have ever read. It totally changed my perspective on being martyred. I used to be very scared of dieing for Jesus but through this book God has shown me that dieing for him is a glorious thing and that I should be glad to do his will, even if it means dieing for him. I highly recommend that you read this in the very near future.

We have that book but I haven't read it yet. I must add it to my list of to-reads. :)

I heard about that book from a friend and another blog. It sounds really good. I will definitely try to get is and read it. A good book with stories about martyrs is the "Jesus Freaks" series by DC Talk

We do know that God delights in the death of His saints. Praise God you're willing to die for Him.

WOW! I should read this book! It is my mom's favorite novel and she is always telling us how good it is but, I had never actually heard what it was about! Thanks for the post, CJ!
